International TableTop Day is a celebration for all the fans of tabletop gaming. A single day where the whole world is brought together in a common purpose of spending time together and having fun.

Hexacon is a one day boardgaming convention on February 22nd from 10am to 8pm in the Gresham Metropole on MacCurtain Street, Cork.
Admission is 10 euro for adults, 8 euro concession

A bunch of the BoardGamesIreland regulars are heading along.
This is a game that features regularly at the boardgamesireland.com meet ups. Saboteur and it’s expansion, Saboteur 2, are really portable and the rules are simple enough to be taught to people quickly. It can support up to 10 players (12 with the expansion) and as such is a perfect warm up game to start an evening of gaming.

Running from 2pm to 7pm in the Central School of English, 45 Parnell Sq. West.
The event is free and you can also buy the games they have there on the day from them.

We’ll have board games there on the night, but feel free to bring along any of your own to play. We’ll be meeting at 7pm until around 10pm. Late comers always welcome 🙂
“Girls Night In” is a fun weekly social meet up for lesbian and bisexual women in the intimate surroundings of the Outhouse library.
Next Wednesday they’re having a boardgame meet up from 7 – 10pm

We are trying out another location. The Exchange in Temple Bar: http://www.exchangedublin.ie/
The location is free to us but they ask for donations as it is a charitable organisation run by volunteers so any spare change you could give would be much appreciated.
We’ll have board games there on the night, but feel free to bring along any of your own to play.
We have an area reserved from 7.00pm to 10.00pm. You can arrive at any time.
